About the book
Much of language learning requires the student to learn words, sounds and patterns by heart. In the same way that a body builder improves their strength, the language learner needs to regularly flex their language muscles.
This book has been written for Russian students who have started learning about verbs. It is a modern treatment of Russian verbs and their grammar. Although we cover aspects, tenses and moods, you can skip over the bits you don't yet understand.
The 133 verbs were selected from well-known Russian textbooks and word frequency dictionaries, and are presented in groups by subject and learning objective to aid memorisation. Every verb is fully conjugated with examples in each aspect and tense.
